Picture: President Jonathan And The Rice Pyramids

By Oche Otorkpa

When I look back I remember those miscreants who at a point represented all that was wrong in my area, who are today the proud owners of large rice farms , I lift up my hands to heaven to Bless the king that never sleeps, for the life of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Whose initiative has transformed those haggard looking Boys whose only vocation was violence into vibrant and economically buoyant rice farmers overnight.

Shared into groups of 20s these young rice farmers have transformed the wastelands of Nassarawa, Kebbi , Lokoja - Abuja Highway etc into viable rice farms .
Today some of them are proud owners of Brand new motorcycles and tricycles which they purchased from the profits they made from selling rice paddy!

The picture of the president beside these huge pyramids of rice is a clear testimony of the ''CAN DO'' spirit of the average Nigerian.

The fact that the policies of this administration has led to a huge reduction of our food imports from a total of N1.4 trillion (about $7 billion) in 2009 to N717 billion (about $4.35 billion) as at December 2013, a decline of $2.65 billion (N429bn) is a pointer to the fact that given the opportunity Nigerians have the ability and the capacity to feed the Nation !

ASARI DOKUBO POST PICTURE OF EMIR SANUSI AS A DOG

Mujahid Asari Dokubo shared this picture on his face book page he wrote:

''So a dog can become an Emir? Congratulation Rabi'u Kwankwaso''

Alhaji Mujahid Asari Dokubo, the leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, (NDPVF), and former militant warlord, has taken his support for President Goodluck Jonathan to another level by embarking on name calling, insults and outright slight on the revered and religious throne of the Kano Emirate.
This he did by calling Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, the former Central bank of Nigeria Governor who is now the Emir of Kano, a dog and even posting a picture of a turbaned dog

He also tweeted a congratulatory message to the All Progressive Congress, APC on their new Emir while also wondering if the late Emir died a natural death.
Asari is one of the supporters of President Goodluck Jonathan's government, which Sanusi is at loggerheads with.

On the same wall where he uploaded the pictures, he was insulted and slammed by his Facebook friends for disrespecting Islam and the Emir.

For those who do not know, Asari  believes that the country will be at war if Jonathan do not win the 2015 elections and has been vocal in his support of the president, often picking fights with anyone he sees as the president's enemy.
